Rush Order

Rush Order Fee Instructions:

Our standard turnaround time is 7-15 business days, approximately 3 weeks. If you need your order sooner, we offer a Rush Order option for our production process. Please note that the shipping time is beyond our control and can only be expedited through express shipping (please email us separately for express shipping inquiries).

PLEASE NOTE NEXT DAY RUSH ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED IF ORDERED BY THE 1PM CUT-OFF THE DAY PRIOR.

Here's how to request a Rush Order:

1. Purchase the Rush Fee: To prioritize your order, select the Rush Order Fee option during checkout and add it to your cart.

2. Email Us: After purchasing the Rush Fee, please send an email to noveldesignstudios@gmail.com with the subject line "RUSH FEE ORDER #[Your Order Number]."

3. Provide Order Details: In the email, include your order number and any specific instructions or deadlines you have. This will help us ensure your order is processed urgently.

Once we receive your email with the necessary information and the Rush Fee has been confirmed, we will expedite the production of your order to meet your requested timeline.
