All orders placed with Novel Design Studios are processed at our headquarters in Canada. Please note that during holidays and sale seasons, there may be extra time required in processing times. Our regular processing time is 7-15 business days, and we operate from Monday to Friday.

- For local pickups in Brampton, Ontario, your order will be ready within 5-10 business days.
- After processing, for shipments within Canada and the United States, it may take 3-15 business days for delivery.
- For international orders, delivery times vary, approximately 2-3 weeks for European countries and 2-9 weeks for other international destinations, depending on the location.

Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be issued to the contact information provided when we ship out your order (if you choose tracked shipping).
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once it is sent to the postal office.

- In case of untracked shipments, there are no updates available once the item is scanned and sent to the local carrier. These shipments are untracked and uninsured, and there is no refund available for them.

- If you believe your shipment is lost or experiencing no action, please contact us at noveldesignstudios@gmail.com, and we may place a dispute with the postal office after a certain time period.
